هذا الكتاب من اوائل الكتب المختصة في مجال علوم النفس العسكرية وباللغة العربية وكان قد تم تأليفه بسبب ظروف الحرب العراقية - الايرانية ومانتج عنها من ظروف نفسية انعكست على الضباط والمقاتلين ، كما وضع الكتاب خطة عمل للاختبارات النفسية التي يمكن الاستفادة منها في اختيار الضباط للصنوف المختلفة في الجيوش .ويعتبر الكتاب نادر جدا لانه لم يتم توزيعه على المكتبات العامة .
