الكاتب طه بونيني، من مواليد 15 ماي 1986. مسقط رأسه بمدينة معسكر بالجزائر. حاصل على دكتوراه في الهندسة الميكانيكية عن جامعة سيدي بلعباس، وماجستير متخصص في التنقيب والإنتاج البترولي بالمعهد الجزائري للبترول ببومرداس. يعمل حاليا كمهندس بترولي بورقلة.
بدأ الكاتب مشوار النشر، بمقالات وقصص قصيرة في الجرائد كالخبر اليومي، والجمهورية. ثمّ نشر عام 2015 مجموعته القصصية الأولى، معنونةً : « صيحات نورس » عن دار القدس العربي بوهران. ثمّ في أواخر سنة 2016 مجموعته القصصية الثانية معنونةً » عندما ينزل القمر »، عن دار المثقف بباتنة. وأصدر عن نفس الدار قصة للأطفال بعنوان : »صلاح الدين والطائر الأخضر ».
ينشر الكاتب إلكترونيا قصصا قصيرة ومقالات في مجلات ثقافية إلكترونية، مثل مجلة عود الندّ الثقافية الالكترونية، الصادرة من لندن.
فاز الكاتب بمسابقة للقصة القصيرة تنظمها مجلة العربي بالتعاون مع إذاعة مونتي كارلو الدولية، عن قصة بعنوان : « ساعي الحياة »
نشرت له مجلة رابطة الأدباء الكوتيين ضمن كتاب عربي جامع « الفائزون » في إصداره الثالث، قصة بعنوان: ذكريات للمحو، بعد مشاركة الكاتب في مسابقة القصة القصيرة، ضمن « مسابقات واحة الادب الكوتيية ».
فاز الكاتب بجائزة والي ولاية معسكر، في صنف الرواية، لعام 2019، لمشاركته برواية :الرهان « فتى القيطنة ». أطلق الكاتب مبادرة « مكتبة الشارع » في مدينة معسكر. كما أنّه ينشط مداخلات وورشات في مجال الكتابة وغيرها.
