من نشاطات قسم الشؤون الفكرية والثقافية في العتبة الحسينية المقدسة جمع تراث كربلاء الحسين عليه السلام وإعادة الترابط بين ما مضى من الأجيال من أهل العلم والثقافة وبين الحاضرين الذين يرغبون بالإطلاع على نشاطات من سبقهم في مجال العلم والفكر والثقافة لكي يقتدي بهم وينتفعوا من تجاربهم، ولكي نقف على سعة ثقافة المجتمع الكربلائي السابق وحرصه على التمسك بالإعلام المحمدي الأصيل بادر قسم الشؤون الفكرية إلى إصدار سلسلة من المجلات والصحف الإسلامية التي ساهمت في إثراء المجتمع الكربلائي بالثقافة الإسلامية والمثل الأخلاقية، ومن هذه النشاطات هو التصدي على طبع مجلة (صوت شباب التوحيد) هذه المجلة الجامعة بين الثقافة الإسلامية والثقافة العامة التي تعد من العوامل الأساسية في بناء شخصية الشاب المسلم، ولتسليم الفائدة الثقافية يسرنا أن نضع بين يدي القارئ الكريم هذه المجلة الجامعة ونسأل الله تعالى أن يحقق الهدى من هذا الجهد المتواضع.
