عثمان بالنائلة مواليد غرّة سبتمبر 1981 بمدينة تونس، شاعر و قاصّ تونسيّ
تحصّل سنة 2007 على شهادة دار المعلّمين العليا بتونس في اللغة و الآداب العربيّة . حاز سنة 2015 على جائزة ناجي النعمان الأدبيّة (جائزة الاِستحقاق) بلبنان عن مجموعة قصائد نثريّة. وفاز سنة 2016 بجائزة ورشة جيل للرواية والقصة القصيرة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. صدرت له مجموعة قصص قصيرة جدّا بعنوان « حدّث و لا حرج » عن دار ليليت للنشر و التوزيع بالإسكندرية سنة 2015. كما صدرت له مجموعة قصص قصيرة جدّا ثانية بعنوان « متاهة » عن دار ميلاد للنشر و التوزيع بالرياض سنة 2017. ترجمت بعض قصصه القصيرة جدا إلى اللغة التركية وصدرت في كتاب بعنوان « قصص قصيرة جدا » عن دار معرب بإسطنبول سنة 2018.
