وقد درس في معهد اللغات و الحضارات الشرقية بباريس زهي دروس عربية وفارسية . وأقام في الشرق واستقر في برشلونة عام 2000.

Book Description
لخضر شاب مغربي من طنجة، فتى دون تاريخ، مسلم معتدل، متعطَش للحريَة والإنفتاح في مجتمع متشدَد. في المدرسة تعلَم نتفاً من الإسبانية، وما يكفي من الفرنسيَة ليصبح قارئاً نهماً للروايات البوليسيَة، ينتظر سنَ النضج وهو يرنو إلى نهدَي قريبته مريم. معها سيرتكب الإثم، لمرَة واحدة لكنها كافية ليضبطا متلبَسين بإثمهما. ثم تنهال الضربات على لخضر، ها هو في الشارع بلا دينٍ ولا خلق.
ويبدأ عندئذٍ تسكَع يقوده إلى خدمة النصوص، والموتى، بطرق غير متوقعة، مواجهاً كوابيسه بالواقع، منشغلاً بالحبَ ومشاريع المنفى.
