هذه رسالة في سماوية الرسم القرآني وان القرآن كتاب منزل من عند الله تعالى بالصورة الكتابية المعروفة المتواترة. فرسم القرآن تنزيلي وليس عثمانيا كما هو مشهور بل وليس بالأصل سنيا نبويا ولا ارشاديا اماميا وانما هو تنزيلي قرآني. اذ ان التوقيفية ثلاث درجات بحسب الحجة؛ تنزيلية قرآنية وسنية نبوية وارشادية امامية، وتوقيفية الرسم القرآني من اعلاها أي التوقيفية التنزيلية القرآنية. ومن هنا يكون الأنسب وصف الرسم (بالرسم القرآني) اشارة الى قرآنية الرسم، فهي أفضل من عبارة (رسم القرآن).
