نتيجة ما يطرح من تساؤلات حول:
1 - عدد سجدات التلاوة.
2 - ومواضعها.
3 - وشروط سجود التلاوة للقارئ والمستمع، والإمام والفذ والمأموم.
4 - وكيفيته داخل الصلاة وخارجها.
5 - ووقت السجود.
بالإضافة إلى ما يعرض عليّ من كثرة الأسئلة حول أحكام سجود تلاوة القرآن، وخصوصا مشروعيته في الأوقات المنهي عن أداء النافلة فيها، والتي تعترض القارئ عند ختمات القرآن الجماعية أو الفردية، أوفي الرباطات، فيتم الاختلاف بين المرابطين بين ساجد، ومتردد، ومستنكر.
حررت هذه الرسالة في أحكام سجود التلاوة خروجا من الخلاف،وتوحيدا للتصور، مركزا على ما ذهب إليه المالكية، وختمتها بالإجابة عن مسائل تعترض الكثير ممن يتعامل مع القرآن تلاوة واستماعا، وحفظا، عموما، و طلبا للاستفادة خصوصا.
