بدأت حياتها العملية كمدونة، وشاركت في مشروع "مدونات مصرية للجيب" عام 2008، وعملت لعامين في إحدى محطات راديو الإنترنت، ثم انتقلت للعمل في الصحافة من خلال مجلات شبابية ساخرة، وجرائد إقليمية، ثم عملت كمسؤولة "ديسك" مركزي في موقع "العرب اليوم" الإخباري الذي يصدر من لندن عام 2012.
وتعمل الآن في جريدة "اليوم السابع" كصحفية مجتمع و"فيتشر".
صدر لها: زوجي مازال حبيبي (2010) حكايا السمراء (2015) شاركت في عدة كتب جماعية منها: دون حذاء أفضل ـ 2010 صندوق ورق – 2013
