وقد رُتبت الخطابات بحسب التاريخ ، وهي تمثل صفحات مهمة من تاريخ العراق والحركة الاسلامية ، وقد كانت تلك التوجيهات والخطابات بالنسبة لأبناء الشعب العراقي كالقنديل الأخضر المتوهج الذي يشع بالهدى والمعرفة ويبيّن للمجتمع ما ينبغي وما لا ينبغي ، ويضع أمام المكلفين ـ في هذه الفترة الحرجة ـ النقاط على الحروف.
