حين يحيد عن الطريق هذا الانسان نصفه بأنه قد شذ عن الطريق، والشذوذ صفة تطلق حتى على المؤسسات حين تحيد عن طريق ما أسست عليه، وهو ما ينبغي أن يرصد للحد من مخاطرها، وقد تنوعت صور الشذوذ وصار له مناصرون وهو ما جعل نطاقه يكبر وينتشر، وانتشاره لا يستقيم مع ما جبل عليه الانسان من فطرة سليمة، إذ اتخذ من المكر أساليب، وطوع له من الأدوات والمؤسسات فالتشريعات أسانيد ومساندين، ما يضمن لانتشاره دون تجريم، وهذا الكتاب يفضح أساليبه وأدواته كي يحتاط لها البشر، وتحتاط لها مؤسسات الدول كي تحد من أساليبه ومكره، فحراك الشذوذ حين تمكن صار يحاصر المجتمعات بأفكاره وسلوكياته الشاذة عبر نجوم، ومنظرين، ومؤسسات، ودراسات جامعية، وتمكن من أن يطوق المجتمعات ويتلون عبر ثقافاتهم ما يجعله محل جذب، وصار يستهدفهم بنطاق أشبه ما يكون "بالزوبعة" أو "الاعصار" الذي صرنا إليه وما زلنا فيه.
