أنَّا طِفلٌّ لكِ شاخ بسببِ حُبـّكِ
ولكنّني هُنا باقٍ أتلَّذذ بحبـّكِ وبشيخوختي
أحبـُّكِ حتى يشيخ جسدي
أحبـُّكِ حتى تشيخ الأشجار
أحبـُّكِ حتى آخرِ يومٍ في حياة الورود
أحبـُّكِ حتى يمل الحُـبّ مني
أحبـُّكِ كما أنْتِّ عليهِ خاليةٌ من سِمات الجمال وحتى وأن سنحت لكِ الفُرصة أن تتجرَّدي عن جمالِك
سأظل أحبـُّكِ

عاشت هند وهيّ تمارس حقها الأبدي في الحبّ والبقاء مع من تحب رغم ظروفها التي لا تسنح بذلك ورغمّا عاداتٍ بأئسةٍ وشاذة لا تسمح لأحدٍ بالحبّ وفي مجتمعٍ يمقت الحبّ ويعتبره عار ولكن البطالةَ ليست عاراً بالنسبةِ له ولا أن يسفك دم أمرءٍ بريء … ولا حتى أن يُسرقَ مال اليتامى. ماتت هند الضحية الكبرى لمجتمعٍ كهذا ولكنّها ليست الوحيدة فهنالك علياء وسعاد وياسمين وفاطمة وغيرها من الفتايات اليافعات الذي أصبحنَّ اليوم ذكرى قديمة ورُبمـا لا يذكرهم التأريخ ولكن سيبقون في قلوبنا وحسبنا عليّهنَ أنهنَ متنَ في سبيل حاجةٍ نقية وبريئه غيرَ أن مجتمعنا لا يكترث بذلك ولا يهتم له. هنـد ما زال قبركِ ينير الطريق وما زالت رائحةِ عطركِ تفوح في كلِّ مكان.
