العبثية حتمية في فترة من فترات أي بشري في بقاع الأرض مثلها مثل الموت، حيث تنزل على شاكلة مختلفة لكل منا ويتخلص منها في نقطة معينة. هنا تحديداً يتواجد
أكثر الأمور عبثاً في حياة الشاب "أيمن" منذ لحظة ولادته وحتى مطلع عمره الثلاثيني حين يكتشف السبب عن طريق (حزورات) كان يرويها له أبيه، ليروي لنا إحداها واساسها حيث حدثت في الألفية الثالثة، ما يعني أنه في المستقبل البعيد يتحدث محاولاً الاستنجاد للتخلص من ذلك وبدء حياة متأخرة، فإظهار الأمر للعامة الأمل الوحيد. أسطورة آمن بها لسنوات حدثت في هذا القرن يؤكد لنا أنها حقيقية بسيطرة حكم ديكتاتوري على إحدى المحافظات في عصر التكنولوجيا الحديثة، ليعود بالناس إلى أيام البدائية مقرراً الاخلال بالنظام الكوني الإلهي، فيبدأ اليوم منذ الغروب،
ويمنع على الشعب التعرض لأشعة الشمس. فكانت مصيبة بطل القصة "توفيق" لا تتمثل بنقص فيتامين 'د'، بل بخسارة حبيبته "شروق" التي كانت تعني له الحياة بأكملها.
"جينات مغشوشة وراثياً" قصة تخاطب مجتمعنا البدائي بشكل عام سواءً من حرمان الشخص في اختياراته بالزواج لأنه مصير حياة وافساد حياة طرف آخر أو قرب الوالدين من الأبناء ومصاحبتهم ومناقشة قضاياهم الداخلية، كذلك أن الله ذو الكمال المطلق جعل دنيانا دون عبث، أشبه بمكعبات "كيوب" علينا ترتيبها ومعرفة الحكمة واللغز المختبئ حين نمر بهذه المدة الزمنية المغلوطة.
يا ترى لماذا أحب أيمن فتاة لم يقابلها أو يتحدث إليها قط؟!
