الكتاب يقدم دراسه فقهيه منهجية اصولية لثلاث مسائل يتساهل فيها جمهور الحجيج حيث يسارعون في من يعارض السنه النبويه بواهى الرأي وصحيح السنه بضعيفها ومرجوحها وسوء الفهم ، ويترخصون بغير رخصه يزعمون يسرا ودفع حرج فيخلون بالعبادة فيجلب عليهم العسر والحرج .
المسألة الأولى: عن المبيت بمزدلفة والتقدم بالدفع منها بليل ، ومن ثم رمي جمرة العقبة قبل يوم النحر.
المسألة الثانية:عن المبيت بمنى ايام التشريق والتقدم برمي الجمرات قبل الزوال ، ومن ثم جمع الجمرتين_غير المسنون_ والثلاثه في يوم واحد.
المسألة الثالثة:عن عمره التنعيم التي يسارع فيها الحجاج والمعتمرون_خارجين من مكه_ خاصه في رمضان وبعد الفراغ من الحج ، ويكثر منها المكي والمقيم بمكه .
