بحث منشور في العدد التاسع لمجلة المهرة للعلوم الإنسانية
هدف البحث إلى التعرُّف على واقع الأداء التدريسي لمقررات الإعداد المهني للمعلم وفقًا للتوجهات المعاصرة من وجهة نظر طلبة كلية التربية بمحافظة المهرة، واستخدام المنهج الوصفي، من خلال القيام ببناء استبانة تكونت من (54) فقرة، توزعت على ست مجالات هي: (التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والتقويم والمحتوى، والاتصال والتواصل، والسمات الشخصية لعضو هيئة التدريس)، حيث تمَّ تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بلغت (96) طالبًا وطالبة، وتوصل البحث إلى: أن متوسط الأداء التدريسي لمقررات الإعداد المهني للمعلم وفقًا للتوجُّهات المعاصرة من وجهة نظر الطلبة بلغ (3.30)، من أصل (5)، وهي درجة توافر متوسطة، وأن مجال السمات الشخصية لعضو هيئة التدريس جاء في الترتيب الأول، بمتوسط بلغ (4.13) وهي درجة توافر مرتفعة، بينما أظهرت نتائج البحث أن الأداء التدريسي يتوافر بدرجة متوسطة لباقي المجالات، بمتوسطات تراوحت بين (3.39- 2.95)، لكلٍ من مجال: الاتصال والتواصل، والتخطيط، المحتوى، التقويم، وأخيرًا التنفيذ، كما دلَّت على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابة العينة على الاستبانة تُعزى لمتغيري: الجنس، والمستوى الدراسي.
