أيها السيدات والسادة، يحتاج كل منا إلى وقفة صغيرة مع ذاته، يتأمل نفسه أولاً، ثم ينظر في حال أمته ويرى بعين الفاحص الباحث أسباب حال انحطاطنا على الرغم من امتلاكنا فكراً نيراً وعقلاً خلاقاً.
ولأن الناس يحتاجون إلى مثل للتطبيق، لم أجد أنسب من شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله وقدس سره، مثلاً للاعتدال والوسطية السمحاء التي جاء بها ديننا الحنيف.
لذا أريد أن أقدم لكم، من خلال بحثي المتواضع هذا، بعضاً من أقوال شيخ الإسلام في الصوفية والتصوف، وأنقل لكم بعض آرائه وتحليلاته، من خلال مجموعة من الأسئلة التي سأطرحها على فكر شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله، اعتمدت في صياغتها على ما جاء في كتب القوم وخاصة كتاب الرسالة القشيرية للإمام القشيري رحمه الله، كوني وجدته أحد المنظرين المعتدلين لهذا الفكر. وسوف تكون الإجابات من صفحات كتب شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله، دون تنقيح أو تعديل أو تصرف أو تعليق، تاركاً للقارئ الكريم حرية قراءة وفهم وتحليل السؤال والجواب، وإن شاء، له حرية العودة إلى مصادرها الأم، كما له الخيار في الحكم أو البحث وليكن البحث قبل الحكم.
