حرره الشيخ رحمه الله بخط يده، وهو شرح لمهمات الفرائض، مما ورد في آيات المواريث التي نص الله تعالى عليها؛ في إرث الأصول والفروع والزوجين وأولاد الأم وإرث الإخوة لغير أم، بالإضافة إلى ما ورد في إلحاق الفرائض بأهلها، فبدأ بالكلام عن علم الفرائض وما يتعلق بالتركة من حقوق، ثم أسباب الإرث وموانعه، ومن يرث بالفرض والتعصيب ومن يحجب وباب في ذوي الأرحام، وحساب المسائل الفرضية وقسمة التركات، وميراث الحالات الخاصة كالخنثى والمفقود والغرقى والهدمى
