هذه الذكريات ليس فيها كشف أسرار، ولا فضح أشخاص، ولا تجني على أحد، ولا تطاول على الغير، كما لا يوجد فيها صناعة بطولة ولا ادعائها، ولا التظاهر بها، كذلك ليس فيها الادعاء بالطهر والقدسية أو الملائكية، فأنا فيها كما أنا، أظهر بإنسانيتي بعيداً عن أي نوع من أنواع المساحيق والمكياج، أو النفاق والكذب، أحرص على نقلها قريبة من حقيقتها، ولكن بلغتي وصياغتي، فمن حق الشاعر والأديب والكاتب أن يعبر عن الحدث بلغته ومفرداته، ما دام لا يُحرّف في أصل الحدث، أو يُزيف فيه.
حاولت أن أكون محايداً قدر الاستطاعة، خصوصاً فيما ليس لي به علاقة غير النقل، لكن فيما يتعلق بوطني أو قضيتي فلم أتمكن من ذلك، بل حرصت على اظهار الحق والحقيقة قدر الجهد والإمكان، لأن الأمر أكبر من الكينونة والشخصانية، أكبر من الأنا فينا.
ولقد قسمت هذه الذكريات حسب البلد التي حدثت فيها، أو تتعلق بها، هذه الذكريات منها ما هو يفرح ومنها ما هو يؤلم، حسب الحدث والموقف، منها ما تفاعل معه القراء بمئات الإعجابات، ومئات التعليقات، ومنها ما مرّ مرور الكرام، منها ما يتعلق بي ومنها ما يتعلق بغيري، شخص أو حدث، شعب وكيانات سياسية وقضايا اجتماعية ودينية وفكرية.
هذه الذكريات كتبت على مساحة سنوات طويلة، غطت عشرات السنين من حياتي وحياة غيري، فهي لم تكتب متسلسلة لهذا تتباعد التواريخ والأزمان بينها أحياناً.
