في رحلتنا بين جنة الرضا الداخلي ونار الشهوات والأنانية، نكتشف أن الله سبحانه يغلق أبواباً ليفتح لنا أبواباً لا تتخيلها العقول. قد نمر في نار الاختبار، لكن من يصبر يجد أن هذه النار كانت تُطهِّر لا تُحرِّق، تُعلِّم لا تُهلك.
لين التي آمنت بأن "عَسَى أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ"، عاشت لترى كيف حول الله مأساتها إلى نعمة، وحزنها إلى فرح، وفراقها إلى لقاء، وموتها إلى حياة جديدة.
وهكذا، في النهاية، تنتصر الجنة – جنة القلب المطمئن بالإيمان – على النار – نار النفس الأمارة بالسوء. لأن النور لا بد أن يشرق بعد الظلام، والفرج لا بد أن يأتي بعد الشدة، والله لا يضيع أجر من أحسن عملاً.
"وَعَسَى أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ وَعَسَى أَنْ تُحِبُّوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ" صدق الله العظيم.
