ويضيف “الأصفر”: (عندما جئت إلى ألمانيا ألحّت عليّ فكرة الكتابة عن الحرب والموسيقى والحب والسلام، الكتابة عن بتهوفن وسيمفونيته التاسعة، وأنشودة النصر لشيلر، وكثير من الأحداث التي دارت في ليبيا وألمانيا في الأربعينيات والخمسينيات من القرن الماضي).
