الحواجز والجدران في كثير من الأحيان تقيّد صاحبها، تشعره بالسَّجن والحبس، لكن دعْنا نتخيل أول جدار يَبنيه إنسان. هل كان الهدف منه أن يَسجن نفسه أو غيره؟ ليس هذا بالطبع. بالتأكيد كان يبحث فيه عن فائدة ما.. عن الدفء مثا لا، أو الأمان والحماية، فليس ثمة حاجة في هذا التوقيت للسجن والحبس.. ربما مر وقت طويل إلى أن ظهرت تلك الحاجة! إذن ليس كل جدار سجنا، قد تكونَ مقيدا بجدار ما، لكنكَ لست مسجو نا فيه. هذه الازدواجية في وظيفة الحوائط والجدران هي باعث الإشكال، كل حائط ذو وجهين بالضرورة )الأمن/السجن(، يغريك أحد وجهيه ويهددك الآخر، فتبقى في داخله، أو قد تنشغل بتحطيمه، دون أن تسأل نفسك السؤال الأهم : ماذا أريد؟
