بارانويا عنوان المجموعة الثانية للشاعر محمد خير المجموعة مكتوبة بالعامية المصرية، لكنّ المتلقي لا ينجو من فكرة أنّه يقرأ قصيدة نثر مما اتُفق على تسميته «الشعر اليومي» أو «شعر التفاصيل». الفرق أنّ الشاعر يفضّل كتابتها بالعامية. بحسب متطلبات قصيدة كهذه، تبطل العامية أن تكون عامية بالبداهة. مفرداتها مشغولة الآن بطريقة مختلفة ومعانيها مرئية من زاوية خاصة. ما إن يتقبَّل القارئ هذه الفكرة حتى يتحوّل طموح الشاعر إلى شيء لا يشبه ما يُكتب عموماً بالعامية. العامية خزان العواطف والإنشاد والاستخدامات اللغوية المتداولة والشائعة. ما يكتبه محمد خير أكثر حداثة من هذه السمات التقليدية. إنه يكتب بالعامية، لكنه يجرب أن يُعرِّض مفرداتها إلى اختبار معجمي آخر.
