Book Description
بیان روش اسلام در انتخاب حاكم مسلمانان و مقایسه آن با شیوههای انتخابات غربی است. هدف نویسنده از نگارش این اثر، آگاهی بخشی به مسلمانان در مورد مفاسد انتخابات به اصطلاح دموكراتیك و مردمسالارانة غربی، جلوگیری از شیوع آن در جوامع اسلامی و بازگشت به سنت اصیل اسلام و تعالیم پیامبر و صحابة كرام ایشان در زمینه انتخابِ اصلح است. وی در این پژوهش، گوشههایی از نارساییها، تضادها و كاستیها «انتخابات به شیوه دموكراتیك» را با نصوص صریح شرعی در پرتوی آیات قرآن و احادیث صحیح نبوی نمایان كرده و ثابت میكند كه انتخاب حاكم به این شیوه، با روح اسلام و اصول و مقررات آن، سازگاری و تناسب ندارد. وی در آغاز، شیوه تعیین حاكم اسلامی را در تعالیم اسلامی بازگو كرده و با مقایسه آن با انتخابات رایج غربی نشان میدهد كه شیوه غرب چگونه باعث ایجاد حرص و آز برای دستیابی به قدرت و پیروزی اكثریت جاهل بر اقلیت خردمند و فرهیختة جامعه میشود. بیان وظایف اصلی مجلس شورای اسلامی، حكم زمامداری و عضویت زنان در شوری و دیگر مجامع حكومتی و سیاسی، مفاسد ائتلاف با گروههای سیاسیِ غیر دینی و ایرادهایی كه به مشروعیت انتخابات دموكراتیك وارد است، از جمله موضوعاتی است كه در ادامه مورد بحث قرار میگیرند.
