رواية امرأة فى المصعد تأليف فؤاد نصر الدين، تدور أحداث الرواية حول شخصية سيدة واجهت كثيرا من المشاكل الاجتماعية التي تعاني منها أغلب النساء في المجتمعات الشرقية علي وجه الخصوص. حيث تبدأ الأحداث مع فتاة أحبت وتزوجت، لكنها لم تنجب فكان مصيرها مثل مصير غيرها من النساء اللائي لم يستطعن أن ينجبن الولد الذي يريده الرجل الشرقي وأصبحت مطلقة في سن صغيرة، بالرغم من الجمال الشديد للفتاة وأدبها وثقافتها وقوتها إلا أنها أصبحت مطلقه وبالتأكيد تعاني كثيرا من المشاكل التي تصاحب لقلب المطلقة.
