Book Description
كتاب « المسوى شرح الموطا »، لحكيم الهند العلامة الفقيه المحدث « أحمد بن عبد الرحيم المعروف بالشيخ وليّ الله الدهلوي، العمري نسبا الدهلوي وطنا (1114 هـ - 1176 هـ)»، هو أحد شروح "موطأ الإمام مالك" التي صنّفت في شبه القارة الهندية، وهو شرح نفيس طيِّب وفيه نفع كبير، وهو كتابٌ فيه نُكات ولطائف وفوائد.
* وقد عرّف الإمام الدهلوي في مقدمته عن كتابه « المسوى شرح الموطا » قائلا: "هذا، وقد شرح الله صدري - والحمد لله - أن أرتب أحاديثه ترتيبا يسهل تناوله، وأترجم على كل حديث بما استنبط منه جماهير العلماء، وأضمّ إلى ذلك من القرآن العظيم ما لا بد للفقيه من حفظه، ومن تفسير ما لا بد له من معرفته، وأذكر في كل باب مذهب الشافعية والحنفية".
* أماّ عن سبب اختياره لموطأ الإمام مالك، فقد جاء في الصفحة 17 من مقدمة الكتاب، بعدما ذكر حيرتَه بسبب اختلاف مذاهب الفقهاء وكثرة أحزاب العلماء وتجاذيهم كلّ واحد عن الآخر إلى جانب - فقال رحمه الله: "... فألهمت الاشارة إلى كتاب "الموطأ" تأليف الإمام الهمام حجة الإسلام مالك بن أنس، وعظم ذلك الخاطر رويدا فرويدا، وتيقنت أنه لا يوجد الآن كتاب ما، في الفقه أقوى من "موطأ الامام مالك"، لأنّ الكتب تتفاضل في ما بينها، إمّا من جهة فضل المصنّف، أو من جهة التزام الصحة، أو من جهة شهرة أحاديثها، أو من جهة القبول لها من عامة المسلمين، أومن جهة حسن الترتيب واستيعاب المقاصد المهمة ونحوها، وهذه الأمور كلها موجودة في "الموطأ" على وجه الكمال بالنسبة الى جميع الكتب الموجودة على وجه الأرض الأن".
