(الماجِدِيّة) روايةُ المكانِ والزمانِ والشخصيّاتِ والصراعِ والحوارِ والعُقدِ والتعقيداتِ التي تتجلّى فيها سرديّاتُ الأدبِ التأصيليِّ الممزوجِ بـ"ميلودراما" الفنِّ الحركيِّ البصريِّ والمسرحيِّ. وهي روايةُ الماضي القريبِ والحاضرِ الآنيِّ المعيشِ الذي يؤرّخُ لنصفِ قرنٍ من تاريخِ مدينةٍ أو حيٍّ شعبيٍّ فقيرٍ يقطنُهُ الكثيرُ من المتعبينَ والكادحينَ والمناضلينَ الذين يسعونَ لمستقبلٍ زاهرٍ حرٍّ كريمِ العيشِ يُسمّى (الماجِدِيّة)؛ إحدى مناطقِ مدينةِ العمارةِ ذاتِ التاريخِ المدينيِّ السومريِّ الأصيلِ، التي ترقدُ على ثلاثةِ أفرعٍ من نهرِ دجلةَ تتنعّمُ بالحبِّ والجمالِ.
