اسمي تغريد الشّيّاحِ، أبلغ من العمر ثماني عشر رَبِيعًا.
ولدت في دمشق، وترعرعت في مصر، وَتَرْبّيتُ في بيتٍ مسرى دمه فِلَسْطِينِيٌّ.
وأنا أنتمي لأولئك الَّذِينَ كانوا أَطفالًا عَادِيِّينَ،
أنا الّتي تؤمن بالفأل الحسَن، وتستوطن الآمال فؤادي.
أنتمي لأولئك الَّذِينَ كانوا في الوسط، ليسوا مُتَفَوِّقِينَ ولا لهم حفلات اَلتَّكْرِيم، ولا مشاغبين يعرفهم الجميع.
أنا مِمَّنْ أنتظر شروق الشَّمْسِ بعد غروبها، أومن أَنَّ لِكُلِّ مشكلةٍ حَلّ، وَلِكُلِّ داءٍ دَوَاءٌ، وَلِكُلِّ ضيقٍ مخرجٌ، وَلِكُلِّ كربٍ فَرْجٌ.
أنتمي لأولئك الَّذِينَ يسترسلون في الكلام أمام مراياهم.
أنا الّتِي لا ألفت الانتباه ولا أثير الجدل.
أنا الّتِي أحدق في المدينة ليلًا وليس لهم صِدِّيقٌ إِلّا اللَّهُ؛ ألتمس ألطاف اللَّهِ وحكمته فِي كُلِّ قدرٍ، وأبحث عن منافذ النُّورِ في الظُّلُمَاتِ.
أدرس ثالث الثَّانَوِيِّ الْأَزْهَرِيُّ.
مُتَعَدِّدَةُ المواهب لكن أَحَبّ إلى قلبي؛الكتابة.

لا تؤذي قلبك
لا تَتَسَبَّب في شيخوخته الْمُبَكِّرَةِ، فالحياة لا تحتاج منك غير الرِّضَى، لا تجعل عمرك يقف انتظارًا لأحدٍ، ولا تقضيه نادمًا على ما فات، ولا تأسف على جميلٍ زرعته لأحدٍ ولم يثمر، ولا تحزن على أمر كتبه اللَّه عليك وإن آلمك،
فهي حياةٌ واحدةٌ سنحياها ثُمَّ نموت، تعلّم كيف تجعلها بسيطةً ممتعةً ولا تأخذها على محمل الجدِّ أبدًا،
فواَللَّهِ إِنَّهَا زائلةٌ فانيةٌٌ، لا تغيّر طبعك لترضيهم، لا تُبَدِّلْ صوتك لتعجبهم، لا تخالف مبدأك لتوافقهم، لا تَتَصَنَّعْ لتنال رضاهم، أنت لك بصمةٌ ونكهةً خَاصَّةٌ فعش بما يرضي رَبَّ العالمين ثُمَّ يرضيك
رفقًا بقلبك؛ فمن يُحِبُّكَ يمنحك حَقَّ الاختلاف عنه
ومن لا يُحِبُّكَ فلا حاجة لك بأن يرضى عنك.
