ولد في مدينة الموصل العراقية عام ١٩٨٢م، وأكمل دراسته الجامعية فيها، والماجستير ويكمل حاليا الدكتوراه في كلية الآداب قسم التاريخ جامعة الموصل، يشغل منصب معاون مدير وعضو لجنة علمية في دائرة التعليم الديني والدراسات الاسلامية في ديوان الوقف السني مؤلف وباحث وله سبعة من الكتب المنشورة في تخصص السيرة النبوية والعديد البحوث العلمية، وشارك في عدد من المؤتمرات والندوات العلمية في المحلية والدولية

تمثل كُتب السّير الذاتية والقصص الشخصية باباً مهماً من أبواب المعرفة الخاصة بالشخصيات المؤثرة في المجتمع، لأنها تجمع بين المتعة والمعرفة والتزود بالمعلومات الشخصية لصاحب السيرة التي قد لا توجد عند غيره، كالأسرار التي يبوح بها لصديق أو حبيب أو قريب، كما أنها تمثل جانباً مهماً من جوانب الوفاء عند البشر أصحاب الفطرة السلمية ، ومصدراً مهماً من مصادر التزود بالطاقة الايجابية من خلال الاطلاع على قصص الكفاح والمطوالة والمثابرة، وتزداد السير الذاتية قيمةً إذ كان صاحب السيرة أنسان ناجحاً ومميزاً أو قد شغل وظيفة مهمة في بلد ما، فما بالك ببطل قصتنا وصاحبها الذي كان مكافحاً مثابراً متفوقاً صاحب خلق وألتزام وعفاف، ومن هنا جاء أختياري لعنوان القصة الموسومة : " في القلب مسكنه " للحديث عن حياة أخي وصديق عمري ورفيق دربي الدكتور يوسف فندي أحمد الجبوري، الذي قضى مظلوماً أثناء تحرير نينوى نحسبه عند الله شهيداً والله حسيبه ولا نزكي على الله أحداً.
