عبد الرحمن عبد الرحمن سيد أحمد البرقوقي، المعروف ﺑ «عبد الرحمن البرقوقي»: أديب وناقد مصري، ولد بمحافظة الغربية عام ١٨٧٦م، تعلَّم في الأزهر الشريف، ودرس على يد الشيخ المرصفي، كما استفاد من دروس الإمام محمد عبده. أصدر بحُرِّ مالهِ مجلةً شهرية سُميت بمجلة «البيان»، وكان يكتب بها العديد من عمالقة الأدب أمثال العقاد والمازني وشكري وغيرهم. وللبرقوقي العديد من المؤلفات؛ منها «شرح ديوان المتنبي» و«شرح ديوان حسان». وقد توفي عام ١٩٤٤م.
Book Description
يحكي المؤلف «عبد الرحمن البرقوقي» تفاصيلَ رحلة قام بها في عقله، زادها خياله الخصب، لزيارة الجنة (دار القرار)، بعد أن صعد إليها ممتطيًا براقًا رائع الجمال، حيث يستقبله خازن الجنة (رضوان) على بابها السعيد، ثم يغتسل في أحد عيونها النقية؛ ليتطهر من أدران الدنيا وما طبعته في القلوب، ويصبح أهلًا لأن يعاين النعيم الذي أعده الله للمُتقين العاملين، فيرى أقوامًا كان يعرفهم في الدنيا طالما بذلوا الجهد في سبيل أمتهم ورقيها؛ كالشيخ «محمد عبده»، والزعيم الوطني «محمد فريد»، وآخرين يبدو أن أعمالهم قد عظُمت في نفسه، فتمنى أن يكون لهم في الجنة مقعد، مستخدمًا أسلوبه المميز، الذي يُعنى بحسن البيان، وتكثر به المحسنات اللغوية في غير تكلُّف.
