مثل عائد من منفى بعيد، سأقبل الأرض عند حدود السجن، وأتمرغ على التراب مثل حمار.
سأطلق زفيراً مثل حوت، وأعبّ أنفاساً عميقة من الهواء الحر، وأمشي مثل جقل تحت ضوء القمر، وأنام في العراء مثل عصفور، وفي البيت لن أغلق باب غرفتي.
سأمارس الحب مع امرأة راغبة، وأقول لها أحبك، وأبقى فيها مثل كلب.
سآكل ما تشتهيه نفسي، وأرفض كل شيء يقدم لي دون طلبي.
سأسبح، وأطلق زوارق طفولة مستعادة، وأرافق الرعاة، وأتسلق الجبال، وأتوغل في الغابات مثل خنزير بري، وأشرب من مياه الينابيع في الوديان مثل سنجاب.
سأستبعد اللون الاسمنتي والخاكي من أشيائي، وأرتدي ثياباً ينفر منها أقراني، وأرقص تحت المطر والشمس في عرس بنات آوى.
سأسمع كل الأغاني المحظورة، وأقرأ كل الممنوعات، وأفتح نوافذي على كل الجهات، وصدري لكل الرياح.
سأعارض حكم العسكر إلى النهاية، ولن أقول: نعم، سيدي، لأحد.
