كما عرفنا أن الطب الشرعي يشكل فرعا هاما من فروع الطب والذي يتناول القضايا التي تعرض على الطبيب الشرعي من قبل القضاء والأمن للبث فيها عن الناحية الطبية والعلمية وقد عالج المؤلف قضايا الطب الشرعي بلغة عربية سلسة ويتعمق مستمد من ممارسته وتجريبه في مجال الطب الشرعي وجاء الكاتب في بداية كتابه بتعريف الطب الشرعي وتاريخ الطب الشرعي وكيف كان في عهد المصريين القدامى وفي عهد الإسلام الحنيف وفي السيرة النبوية وتاريخ القضاء الإسلامي ثم تطرق الكاتب إلى مهنة الطب وآدابها والمسؤولية الطبية والمبادئ الأساسية في الممارسة الطبية والمسؤولية في العلاج ثم تحدث عن استعراف والذي هو التعرف على شخص ما من خلال سمات معينه بتمييز عن غيره ثم عن الموت وتعريفه وعلاماته وأنواع الموت الحقيقي ثم الجروح ثم الحوادث المرور وقدم هنا صور ثابتة لحوادث المرور وتطرق إلى الأسلحة النار ثم والجروح الناتجة عنها والاختناق والخنق والحروق ويقع الدم والأمور الجنسية وكثير الأمور تحدث عن علم سموم وأخيرا عن تحديد الائتمان التناسلي للأغراض البيولوجية الأصل.
