لا أستطيع التواصل او تحقيق الاتصال بالواقع امتاز في وصف نفسي بالذهان واحياناً اسمع أصوات غريبة، احياناً ... ربما غير حقيقية فهل أصبحت في حالة هلوسة فكرية عقلية، كما انني بدأت اومن بالمعتقدات الزائفة.. بدأ الجميع يقول لي أنك ترى أوهام، ان تفكيري وسلوكي غير طبيعيان، بدأت املك قلةُ التعبير عن مشاعري، بدء لي كل شيء ضعيف من ناحية الهمة والدافع لتحقيق الأفضل، لم اعد أدرك شيئاً. فضلاً عن ان المشاكل اليومية تزداد. عملي بدأت اتركهُ شيءً فشيئاً، علاقتي الاجتماعية مضطربةٌ.. ما الذي حصل لي.
الفُصام، كما يُعرف باسم السكيزوفرينيا (باللاتينية: Schizophreniaⓘ) وأيضًا الشيزوفرينيا، هو اضطراب نفسي يتسم بسلوك اجتماعي غير طبيعي وفشل في تمييز الواقع. تشمل الأعراض الشائعة الوهام واضطراب الفكر والهلوسة السمعية بالإضافة إلى انخفاض المشاركة الاجتماعية والتعبير العاطفي وانعدام الإرادة. غالبًا ما يكون لدى المصابين بالفُصام مشاكل نفسية أُخرى مثل اضطراب القلق والاضطراب الاكتئابي واضطراب تعاطي المخدرات. عادة ما تظهر الأعراض تدريجيًا، حيث تبدأ في مرحلة البلوغ، وتستمر لفترة طويلة.
