هل يمكن أن يعالج هذا المرض؟ كيف يمكن أن نوقف انتشار الرشوة؟ ما الأحكام الشرعية للرشوة؟ ما أنواعها وعقوبتها؟ ولماذا حرمها الإسلام؟ وما ضررها؟ وكيف هو شؤمها؟ وما الفرق بينها وبين الهدية..؟ وبينها وبين الإكرام؟ وما تقسيمات العلماء للرشوة بناء على هذا؟ وما صورها بحسب مجالاتها؟ وما العقوبة التي ينـزلها الله بالراشي والمرتشي والرائش بينهما؟

حيث تناول المؤلف موضوعه تحت عنوانات عديدة، أولها ((آفة الرشوة ولباس الرعب)) تحدث فيه عن أخطارها وآثارها الشنيعة وكيف استشرت في الناس. وجاء العنوان الثاني (( أحاديث في الرشوة)) ليضم عدداً من أقوال النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) بهذا الصدد. ثم أورد المؤلف بعد ذلك بحوثاً صغيرة تحذر من الرشوة، فأشار إلى آيات قرآنية خطيرة، وتحدث عن الصلة بين المال الحرام والطعام والعادات والسلوك، وأسلوب الرشوة عند اليهود، وشؤم الرشوة على الراشي والمرتشي والرائش بينهما..
كما توقف عند موضوع الرشوة التي تأخذ شكل الهدية والإكرام. ولم ينس ما قرره العلماء بشأن رشوة القاضي وإهدائه وتقسيماتها، وصور الرشوة حسب مجالاتها.. وختم المؤلف بحثه بالحديث عن عقوبة المرتشي ووجوب التوبة من الرشوة.
