الفضيل الورتلاني الجزائري (1319 - 1378 هـ = 1900 - 1959 م)
الفضيل الورتلاني الجزائري (*): صاحب كتاب «الجزائر الثائرة - ط» ولد في قبيلة بني ورتلان، من دائرة سطيف، بالجزائر. واستكمل دراسته على عبد الحميد بن باديس، في قسنطينة. وأقام في باريس 1936 - 1938 م، يبث روح الوطنية في العمال الجزائريين بها. وانتقل إلى القاهرة، يدعو إلى مقاومة الاستعمار الفرنسي في الشمال الإفريقي. وذهب في عمل تجاري إلى اليمن، فشارك في مقتل الإمام يحيى حميد الدين. وطلبته حكومة اليمن بعد القضاء على ثورة ابن الوزير، فلجأ إلى لبنان، متخفّيا. ثم استقر في استامبول وتوفي بها. كان عنيفا في خطابته وكتابته، مندفعا فيما يدعو إلى أو يعمل من أجله (1).
