وظهر لنا المدرب الحكواتي الذي يبدأ برنامجه التدريبي بحكاية وقصة ثم حكاية وقصة ثم حكاية وقصة، ثم ينتهي البرنامج التدريبي!!!.
وظهر لنا المدرب المستشار والمعالج الذي يدعي علاج الحالات المستعصية العضوية منها والنفسية!!...
كل هذه الظواهر وغيرها الكثير كانت هي الدافع لتأليف هذا الكتاب الذي اعتمدنا فيه على جمع المواد العلمية المفيدة لكل مدرب من خلال أمهات الكتب في التدريب، بالإضافة إلى وضع لمسات فنية وعلمية مستمدة من خبرة المؤلف في عالم التدريب.
