(كتاب البيع) بحث فقهي في أحكام البيع: كالمعاطاة وشرائط المتعاقدين وشرائط العوضين والخيارات ونحوها، وهو عبارة عن مخطط يضم تقريرات لدروس السيد روح الله الموسوي الخميني، والتي قام بطبطها وتنقيحها وتهذيبها السيد محمد الصدر؛ وهي تعد من خيرة ما كتب في تقرير وتحرير الدروس والبحوث للسيد الخميني من جهة الإستيعاب والشمول، وكان السيد الخميني قد ألقاها على جموع المؤمنين أيام إقامته التي قضاها في النجف الأشرف.
جاء الكتاب في جزئين: يبدأ الجزء الأول بـ"موجز عن حياة السيد روح الله الموسوي الخميني"، و"موجز عن حياة السيد محمد الصدر"، يتبع ذلك مقاصد الكتاب: جاء الأول منها في "تحقيق الجال في المعاطاة"، والثاني في "أدلة صحة المعاطاة"، والثالث في "أدلة لزوم المعاطاة" أما الجزء الثاني فجاء في "تنبيهات المعاطاة" أي: ما هو الفارق بين البائع والمشتري فيها، ليليها الكلام في ألفاظ المعاطاة، كما يقع البحث أيضاً في شرائط المتعاقدين وقاعدة (ما يضمن بصحيه يضمن بفاسده). مع ما يرافق الشرح من وجود وأدلة وبراهين...
