كتاب "افتتاح الدعوة وإنشاء الدولة" دون وقائعه وكتب فصوله الداعي "النعمان بن أبي عبد الله محمد بن حيون المغربي التميمي" المولد كما تذكر الترجيحات في أواخر سني القرن الثالث للهجرة المحمدية والمتوفي سنة 363هـ، في مدينة القاهرة "المعزية" هذا الكتاب يعتبر من روائع كتب الدعوة الإسماعيلية المعترف عليها رسمياً لدى المقامات الدينية العليا التي ظهرن للوجود في بدء قيام الدولة الفاطمية في شمالي إفريقيا، وفي "عهد الأئمة الفاطميين المستورين" الذين عاشوا في مدينة "سليمة-السورية" في منتصف القرن الأول، وفي القرن الثاني من الهجرة المحمدية الهادية، من الواضع أن هذا الكتاب القيم المصنوع سنة 316هـ.
لا يتطرق مؤلفة النعمان إلى العقائد الدينية أو للفلسفة أو للأحكام الشرعية والفقهية مما لا يمكن تقديمه، أو التعريف عنه، أو اعتباره إلا كقصة تاريخية طريفة تروي وقائع مهمة، وأحداث رهيبة جسيمة وقعت على ساحتي- اليمن والمغرب.
