تتخذ الشاعرة كلثم الفلاسي من ثيمة الحب بنية أساسية لتشكيل خطابها الشعري في مجموعتها الجديدة "إستبعاد بإسم الحب" فتخضع عباراتها للإحساس الباطني والشعور الممتزج بالواقع والحس معاً، وتعتمد في نقل تجربتها الذاتية ورؤيتها للآخر (الرجل) على المزاوجة بين نمطين من التصوير: التصوير بواسطة اللغة (الإيحاء، التشبيه والتمثيل)، والتصوير بواسطة اللغة المألوفة أدبياً من حيث إيقاع الفكرة والدلالة والمعنى "وأحبكَ... كضيفٍ زار قلبي... فرحل... وأشتاقك كتلك المواسم... التي تعاقبت... وعاقبتني بحنينٍ... لا يجمعني بك ولا يُشفق!... شاسعٌ غيابك... بينما هو على مدى خطوةٍ... أمضيها إليك، فتتلاشى... هي باقية... ترقص على الجمر... كلما أوجعتها!... وتمضي بكبرياءٍ تدوس على قلبي وتشتعلِ...".
عبر هذه اللعبة الشعورية الشفيفة تُصنع كلثم الفلاسي قصيدتها وتجعل منها حركة حيّة تنبض بالحياة، وتزخر بكل معاني الحب والشوق، فتبرز المعاني في تناسق نفسي وتسلسل معنوي وإنسجام بالألفاظ، يساعد على إكمال معالم الصورة.
"إستبعاد بإسم الحب" هي عنوان للحب وناسوته وكينونته الإنسانية، وهي قصيدة طويلة تتألف من (114) مقطعاً شعرياً، خُتمت بــ "البرقية الأخيرة" وهي: النصوص الأخيرة... والنصوص التي لم يكتبُ... هي الصادقة... الباقية والخالدة... بلا شك!...".
