Book Description
آداب، روش و احكام قسمخوردن و نذركردنِ در سنت اسلام است. از آنجا كه قسمخوردن و نذركردن در دین اسلام دارای اهمیت زیادی است و تبدیل به پدیده اجتماعی رایجی در تمام جوامع اسلامی شده است، نویسنده این كتاب را با هدف آگاهی بخشیدن به مسلمانان در باره روشهایِ صحیح این امور و احكام مربوط به آنها نگاشته است. او بحث با را بیان معنای یمین سوگند و تركیبات معنایی آن آغاز میكند و در ادامه به توضیح در باره سوگندِ واجب، مندوب، حرام، مكروه و مُباح میپردازد. او سپس به انواع سوگندهای قرآنی و مفهوم و كاربرد آنها اشاره كرده و شرایط و ویژگیهای محلوفٌ علیه آنچه كه بر آن سوگند میخورند را بیان میكند. بحث فقهی و شرعی سوگندها، موضوعی است كه در ادامه آمده است و در آن مباحث ذیل مطرح میشود: سوگند منعقد شده و احكام آن، انواع كفارة شكستن سوگند، لغوِ سوگند و شرایط آن و احكام مربوط به سوگند دروغ. بخش دوم كتاب به نذر و اقسام آن اختصاص دارد. در این بخش، نویسنده ضمن تعریف نذر و شروطِ آن، به خصوصیات لازم برای شخص نذركننده، صیغه و لفظِ نذر و شرایطِ منذور چیزی كه نذر شده است پرداخته است. بیان احكام نذرهای نُهگانه و نذری كه بر عُهده میت است، موضوعات فصلهای پایانی كتاب است.
