الحمد لله الذي منَّ علينا بنعمة الإسلام، وجعل خيرية هذه الأمة بالتفقه بالسنة والقرآن، والصلاة والسلام على من أرسله الله رحمة للأنام؛ ليبين للبشرية الحلال والحرام، وعلى آله وصحبه الكرام، الذين وضعوا من لبان القرآن. فكان لهم في هداية البشرية أعظم شأن، وعلى من تبعهم بإحسان.
وبعد،
فحيث إن أحكام الرضاعة هذه الأيام قد التبست على كثير من الناس، وخفيت كثيرٌ من أحكامها عليهم؛ مما أدى إلى ارتكاب المحظور في بعض الأوقات من تعاطي عقود الأنكحة الباطلة، بسبب الجهل بأحكام الرضاع.
لهذا كله فقد اخترت البحث في هذا الموضوع، واستعنت بالله تعالى، راجيا من الله العلي القدير السداد فيما قصدت إليه، وأن ينال عنده القَبول، والرضا، ويجعله مقبولًا لدى كل مطلع وقارئ.
وعلى الله اعتمادي، وإليه تفويضي، واستنادي. ولا يسعني إلا أن أتمثل بقول الشاعر:
"وإن تجد عيبًا فسد الخللَ *** فجل من لا عيب فيه، وعلا"
