اخير وجدت ذاتي كتيب للمؤلف المفكر والفيلسوف الطبيب النفسي الدكتور عبدالناصر الهزمي
قام بتاليفه نتيجة لملاحظاته لأكثر المعايير احتياجا لدى الانسان الذي يفقدها مما يودي به الى الاضطراب النفسي وكان لذلك لما لاحظه اثناء احتكاك المؤلف الطبيب النفسي بالحالات التي واجهها فحاول من خلال هذا الكتيب ان يهدي الانسان الى معرفة ذاته وحياته التي يعيشها وان يعيشها وفق ما يحب ان يعيشها. وقد احتوااحتواء هذا الكتيب على اربعه فصول هي الاساسيه كما يراها المؤلف الذي يحتاجها الانسان الى التكيف مع ضروف حياته. والفصول هي :
