نابليون هيل (بالإنجليزية: Napoleon Hill ) كاتب أمريكي اشتهر بكتبه التي تهتم بالتنمية البشرية ويعرف خصوصاً بكتابه "فكر تصبح غنياً" الذي أصبح عند إصداره من أكثر الكتب مبيعاً وشعبية في أمريكا. وقد ولد في 26 أكتوبر 1883 في باوند، فيرجينيا، الولايات المتحدة وتوفي في 8 نوفمبر 1970 بكارولاينا الجنوبية. يعتبر كتابه "فكر تصبح غنيا" أشهر كتبه والذي تمت ترجمته إلى اللغة العربية اخر مرة في العام 2010 وقد صدرت الطبعة الأولى من الترجمة الأخيرة للكتاب عن دار الفضيلة بالقاهرة تحت عنوان "فكر وضاعف ثروتك" وقام بإعدادها علي داود محمد محمود. ويقع الكتاب في 15 فصلا. كان نابليون هيل مستشارا للرئيس الأمريكي فرانكلين روزفلت 1933 - 1936. إحدى أشهر مقولاته هي : "الشيء الذي يمكن لعقل الإنسان أن يتصوره ويعتقده، يمكن تحقيقه".

قد حازت تحقيقات هيل الصحفية نجاحًا كبيرًا، ومن بينها تحقيقه الصحفي عن تطوير «موبايل»، بولاية ألاباما، كميناء بحرى. ولما أُرسل في مهمة لإجراء حوار مع «أندرو كارنيجي» بقصره المكون من 45 غرفة، فإن اللقاء الذي كان من المفترض أن يكون لقاءً قصيراً قد استغرق ثلاثة أيام.. وقد شجعه «كارنيجي» على مقابلة الناجحين ووضع فلسفة عن النجاح، وهو الأمر الذي سيعلّمه هيل بعدئذٍ للآخرين، وقد تغيرت حياة هيل تغيراً جذرياً، فأخذ على عاتقه إجراء مقابلات مع الناجحين في إطار دراسته للسبب وراء نجاح البعض وعدم نجاح الكثيرين. وعرّفه «كارنيجي» على شخصيات مرموقة مثل "هنري فورد» و«توماس أديسون» و«جورج إيستمان» و«جون روكفلر» وآخرين من مشاهير ذلك العصر.. وقد استغرقت دراسة هيل لمبادئ النجاح عشرين عامًا أجرى خلالها ما يربو على خمسمائة مقابلة قبل أن يضع كتابه الأول.
