اقتباس من العمل: ما بين الحياة والموت تتردي النفس بين الرذيلة والفضيلة، وفى تلك الرحلة تتلقى من الإشارات والدلائل كي تكون لها بمثابة البوصلة في بحر الظلمات الذى تقطعه، فهل نكبح غرائزنا واهوائنا ؟ أم نسايرها ونهوي خلفها ونزخرف تلك الأهواء والشهوات بكلمات التقوي المضيئة ونخفيها ونداري تلك الخطيئة خلف قناع التقوي والدين فنستهل كل قبيح ونصبح مجرد ظلال تندثر
فكيف بنا الحال إذا أصبحنا من أهل مضايق اللحود ومطعم للبلاء والدود، وانقطعت أعمالنا،وارتهنا بأعمالنا.
فكيف يكون الخلاص ؟
