Book Description
بعث الله سبحانه وتعالى نبيَّه صلى الله عليه وسلم بالإسلام، لتنظيم علاقة الإنسان بخالقه، وعلاقته بأخيه الإنسان، لتتحقق له السعادة في الدُّنيا والآخرة، ورتَّب على ذلك الثَّواب للمحسن والجزاء الرادع للمسيء، قال تعالى: ﴿لِيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاءُوا بِمَا عَمِلُوا وَيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا بِالْحُسْنَى﴾ [النجم:31].
ومن الأحكام التأديبية التي شرعها الإسلام؛ السَّجن، تُسلَبُ بهَا حُرِّيَّةُ الشَّخصِ؛ تأديبًا له، ودرءًا لشرِّه، وردعًا لغيره.
ولقد تميَّز الإسلام في تشريعاته - إضافةً إلى الأسبقيَّة - بالصِّبغة الأخلاقية، حيث جاءت هذه القوانين لتأديب "النَّزيل" لا لتعذيبه، ولإصلاحه لا لإهانته.
وفقدُ "النَّزيل" لحقِّه في الحريَّة بسبب إساءته، لا يُفقده إنسانيَّته وحقوقه وكرامته، ولذا كان سيدنا ونبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم رائد المنهج الإنسانيِّ في معاملة النُّزلاء، وفق أعلى المعايير القيميَّةِ الإنسانيَّةِ والحضاريَّة، نظريًّا وتطبيقيًّا.
وقد دعاني إلى الكتابة في هذا الموضوع؛ ما رأيته من تميُّزُ في المؤسسة العقابية والإصلاحية في دبي، من حيث البناءُ العصريُّ الحديثُ، والمعاملةُ الإنسانيَّةُ الكريمةُ، وجَودَةُ الخدمات المقدَّمة، ورُقيُّ البرامج الإصلاحيَّة التي اطلعت عليها خلال الجولة التعريفية لمرافق مؤسسة دبي الإصلاحية وخدماته، وذلك حين كُلِّفتُ من قبل الهيئة العامَّة للشؤونِ الإسلاميَّة والأوقاف في دولة الإمارات بتحكيم مسابقة القرآن الكريم لنزلاء المؤسَّسة الإصلاحيَّة في دبي في العامين 2013و2014م، وحفزني ما رأيته واطلعت عليه في هذه المؤسسة إلى إبراز التَّجربة الإماراتيَّة في مجال رعاية ومعاملة النزلاء، لتكون أنموذجًا مشرقًا يحتذى عليه، ومثالًا رائدًا يُقتدى به.
