كما لا يخفى على أحد أن التعليم في بلدنا يتخبط في مشاكل عديدة، تختلف حسب اختلاف المناطق والمستويات والتخصصات. نجد في رأسها ظاهرة الشغب المدرسي الذي يؤثر بشكل واضح وفاضح على السير العادي للعملية التعليمية ما ينتج عليه تدني المستوى التعليمي والتحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذ.
نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى التعرف على هذه الظاهرة ومدى تواجدها داخل الأقسام الدراسية وعلى أسبابها وبعض الحلول المناسبة للحد منها، وكذا تأثيرها على التحصيل الدراسي خصوصا في سلك التعليم الثانوي التأهيلي وذلك من خلال تجميع وجهات نظر كل من الأساتذة والتلاميذ حول هذه الظاهرة.
حيت أكد كل من الأساتذة والتلاميذ أن الفصول الدراسية تعاني من ظاهرة الشغب المدرسي واتفقوا على أن لها تأثير سلبي على التحصيل الدراسي، وأجمعوا كذلك على أنها تزداد حدة عند تلاميذ الثانوي التأهيلي.
أما أسباب الظاهرة التي يتفق عليها كل من الأساتذة والتلاميذ فتتمثل في المراهقة وعدم الاهتمام ببعض المواد الثانوية في بعد التخصصات وارتفاع عدد التلاميذ داخل الفصول الدراسية إضافة إلى مشاكل اجتماعية أخرى
أما الحلول الكفيلة بالحد من الشغب، فيتفق كل من الأساتذة والتلاميذ على ضرورة معاملة التلاميذ باحترام، والتقرب إليهم وكذلك توفر المؤسسات التعليمية على نوادي رياضية، فنية وثقافية لتفريغ الطاقات واكتشاف المواهب.
وبالتالي فالشغب كسلوك فردي مرتبط بنفسية المتعلم واحساسه، وليس وليد اللحظة او مجرد سلوك عابر. بل ناتج عن منظومة متداخلة من التراكمات (تربوية، نفسية، اجتماعية...) وان لم نحرص جيدا على دراسة هده التراكمات ودراسة خصوصية الأجيال الصاعدة، فسيصعب علينا مواجهة الظاهرة وعلاجها.
