ولقد بدأنا هذه السلسلة باللغة التي كان يتحدث بها الاباء الاوائل والخط الذي كانوا يكتبون به الا وهو "الهيروغليفية" كيف مات هذا الخط؟ ومتى مات؟ وهل اندثر؟ ومن بعثه للوجود؟ وكيف بُعِثَ؟ ما علاقة هذه النقوش التي تزين جدران المعابد والاهرام واوراق البردي والمسلات بالسحر والطلاسم؟
فعلى الرغم من ان الكهنة كانوا يهتمون بتدوين كل مظاهر الحياة في مصر واعتنوا بتسجيل كل ما يتعلق بحضارتهم من فكر وفلسفة ودين وطب وفلك ورياضيات وهندسة وموسيقى لكن كل ما تم تسجيله ضاع في ظروف غريبة وبسبب تتابع سريع جدا لأحداث تاريخية مؤلمة ادت في النهاية الي احتراق هذه الوثائق حينا وتجريم التحدث باللغة المصرية القديمة او كتابة اي احداث بها بل وبتجريم الكهانة مما ادي الى موتها في انتظار البعث من جديد، بل واستحداث دين جديد كان رمزه الاله سرابيس الذي عُدَ نموذجا للدمج بين الالهة اليونانية والالهة المصرية.
ولقد قسمته الى اربعة رحلات الرحلة الاولى كانت رحلة الميلاد كيف نشأت هذه اللغة وكيف انتشرت اما الرحلة الثانية فكانت رحلة الموت عن كيفية موت هذه اللغة ولماذا اندثرت وما الاسباب التي دفعتها لذلك والرحلة الثالثة تناولنا فيها رحلة بعث هذه اللغة وما المحاولات التي قام بها الغرب والشرق ومعهم العرب لكشف اسرار هذه اللغة ومحاولة فك طلاسمها اما الرحلة الاخيرة خصصناها لإشكالية علاقة الهيروغليفية باللغة العربية واظهار محاولات المستشرقين لفصل الهيروغليفية عن اصلها المشترك مع العروبية والحديث عن الدور المفصل لأحمد كمال باشا مؤسس علم المصريات واول مصري ينشر مؤلفات في اللغة المصرية القديمة وخطوطها الثلاثة.
