القيادة ضرورة اجتماعية وإنسانية وسياسية لكل المجتمعات، وإذا كان ثمة تأثير للسنن التاريخية في حركة التاريخ، فان القائد يؤثر بشكل واضح في التاريخ، بل أصبح من المعلوم ان صناع التاريخ في العالم هم أشخاص متميزون، أولئك الذين غيروا مسار التاريخ من خلال قراراتهم. فثمة رجل واحد– وهو القائد – يمكن ان يغير وجه التاريخ أو ينشر الحرب أو السلم.
ولعل مفهوم القيادة من المفاهيم الشائكة التي اختلف فيها الدارسون لاسيما في علم الاجتماع، ذلك ان الظاهرة الاجتماعية لا تخضع للتجنيس أي لا يمكن تحديدها بنوع وفصل، فتعرف تعريفا منطقيا، أو كما يسمونه جامعا مانعا. هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى فان تداخل الاختصاصات في هذا المفهوم بين الاجتماع والإنسان والسياسة وعلم النفس والإدارة والتنمية والدين، فضلا عن المذاهب والعقائد والإيديولوجيات يجعل من العسير ان نحدد هذا المفهوم برؤية منطقية، الا ان ذلك الأمر لا يعني العزوف عن هذا المصطلح بل ثمة تعريفات سنشير إليها في محلها.
لا تدعي هذه الورقة الإحاطة بمفاهيم القيادة ونظرياتها ولكنها ستحاول ان تقدم صورة موجزة عنها ومن ثم ربطها بوجهة النظر الإسلامية في ضوء الخطاب الفاطمي الذي أكد على القيادة الحقَّة كشرط أساسي في بناء دولة الإنسان؛ لأنه القطب ورأس الهرم في بناء الدولة.
ولذا فمن مقتضيات الدراسة المنهجية ان نوضح هذا المفهوم لغة واصطلاحا ثم المفاهيم القريبة وذات الصلة وبعد ذلك أنواع القيادات كما أشار إليها عالم الاجتماع الألماني (ماكس فيبر) ثم كيفية تشخيص القائد، وصفاته، وأهم وظائفه، وأخيرا القيادة في الرؤية الإسلامية في ضوء الخطاب الفاطمي. ثم خاتمة تلخص أهم الأفكار والنتائج .
