والطبعة الثانية في المركز الأكاديمي للنشر والتوزيع ومكتبة الدراسات العربية للنشر والتوزيع في سلطنة عمان في عام 2022

أصل هذا الكتاب أطروحتي للدكتوراه التي نوقشت في شهر نيسان من عام 2006 في قسم اللغة العربية في كلية الآداب جامعة الموصل، العراق، يعد هذا الكتاب أول كتاب درس الخطاب النقدي عند الناقد المصري الكبير الدكتور عبد العزيز حمودة رحمه الله تعالى، متناولا في تحليلي منهجين مترابطين معا يستدعي أحدهما الآخر، الأول منهج الناقد الفكري ورؤيته للوجود والمعرفة التي انطلق منها في طروحاته النقدية، والثاني منهجه في نقد الخطاب النقدي العربي المعاصر كاشفًا عن المفاهيم والمبادئ التي استند إليها في نقده لذلك الخطاب، وختمت الدراسة بقراءة فاحصة للنظرية النقدية العربية التي اقترحها، وقد طبع الكتاب طبعتين الأولى في عام 2012 عن دار المأمون للنشر والتوزيع في الأردن، والثانية في عام 2022 عن المركز الأكاديمي للنشر ومكتبة الدراسات العربية للنشر والتوزيع في سلطنة عمان
