إن الحمد لله، نحمده ونستعين به ونستغفره، ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا وسيئات أعمالنا، القرآن الكريم معين لا ينضب، وقرة عين لا تنتهي، وفي جنبات كتابنا سورة يوسف عليه الصلاة والسلام أحسن القصص كما وصفها الله عز وجل ﴿نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ أَحْسَنَ الْقَصَصِ بِمَا أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ هَذَا الْقُرْآَنَ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ لَمِنَ الْغَافِلِينَ (3) ﴾، وليس على هذا مزيد من الوصف والتوضيح.
وكانت منهجيتي في الكتابة منهج وصفي استنباطي من خلال الآيات أستخرج عنوان يتناسب مع معنى الآية ويكون له أثر قيادي أو إداري في واقعنا الحالي، وقمت بربط العنوان في معنى الآية بما يتناسب مع كتب التفسير المعتبرة، وقمت بصياغة العناوين على شكل قوانين متتابعة لا يحتوي على فصول أو مباحث.
الكتاب الذي بين يديك ليس بديلاً عن كتب التفسير أو كتب الشريعة الأخرى وإنما هو كتاب إداري يعتمد على الواقع المعاش مستفيداً من أقوال أهل العلم، وأصحاب الرأي السديد من علماء القيادة والإرادة.
تم اختيار سورة يوسف لأهميتها وما احتوتها من وقفات قيادية وإدارية ومن أهمها:
- إنها أحسن القصص التي أنزلت في القرآن الكريم.
- إنها من أوائل السور التي نزلت على النبي صلى الله عليه سلم في المدينة وقبل الهجرة، لأجل التأسي والصبر لمواجهة المحن والشدائد.
- إنها جمعت بين الإدارة والإرادة والتربية والإيمان ( للعلوم الدينية والدنيوية).
- إنها حوت قواعد وأصول في السياسة الشرعية فالأمة اليوم تحتاج إليها في التخطيط والشورى في قراءة الواقع والمستقبل والعدل.
