هذا كتاب مهم في بابه، يتعلق بتنزيه الله تعالى عن صفات المخلوقين، من الكون في جهة والجسمية والحلول وحدوث الصفات ونحو ذلك. ويشتمل على حكم الشرع في معتقد الجهة والجسمية ولوازمهما. كما يتناول مسائل أخرى منها خلافة الأشاعرة والماتريدية بالشرع والعقل، ومسألة التحسين والتقبيح، والمناهي اللفظية المؤدية إلى الكفر، وحكم اعتقاد تشبيه الله تعالى بشيء من مخلوقاته، وغير ذلك. ثم وضع المؤلف حاشية نفيسة على كتابه هذا يوضح فيها ما أبهمه، ويفصِّل ما أجمله، واشتملت هذه الحاشية على تنبيهات وتدقيقات مهمة.
وقد قام المحقق الكريم بالعناية بهذا الكتاب القيّم وحاشيته، تحقيقًا عن ثماني نسخ خطية، وتوثيقًا لنقوله، وتعليقًا على مسائله، مصدِّرًا إياه بدراسة تناولت آراء العلّامة ساجقلي زاده التي عرضها في كتابه، ومصادره في الكتاب وحاشيته‘ وعرضًا للكلمات والألفاظ المقتضية للكفر التي تضمنها هذا الكتاب. والكتاب وحاشيته يُطبعان لأول مرة.
