مُلخص
تهدف هذه الدّراسة الموسومة ب" مناهج التَّفسير الدُّستوري الأردني: دراسة مستقبلية" إلى مناقشة مسألة حيوية تتزامن ومئوية الدُّستورية الأردنيَّة، وتتجلى في البحث بسيمياء عنوانها الدال على التفكير في عملية التفسير الأردني ورؤيتها المستقبلية، إذ تناولت الجوانب النظرية والعملية والمقارنة لموضوع الدّراسة، وخصصت جزئية منها للبحث في مستقبليات التَّفسير الدُّستوري الأردني؛ ولذا وظفت الدّراسة منهجية التحليل الوصفي والتاريخي والمقارن.
وخلصت الدّراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها؛ أنَّ تطبيق المناهج التَّفسيريّة الدُّستورية يؤدي إلى بلوغ اليقين الدُّستوري النسبيِّ، والتأويل الديمقراطي، وأوصت الدّراسة إلى تعميق البحث العلمي في مناهج التَّفسير الدُّستوري الأردني والمقارن، والإفادة من العلوم الأخرى في الفلسفة والنقد والفقه الإسلامي.
